Most of my card game pages come in either US Letter or A4 sizes. They include crop lines and crosshairs to make them as easy as possible to cut without having borders.
The cards themselves are sized at approximately 2.5″ x 3.5″ inches, or in standard size for playing cards, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon etc. Therefore they fit in sleeves of that size. The pictures for the red deck have them in red sleeves, but you can use clear sleeves as well or no sleeves.
When printing make sure to select to print in ‘actual size’ and no margins, or “borderless” if your printer supports it. It’s fine if a bit of the page gets cut off when printing (likely the case as the printer won’t print edge to edge). The cards should come out the right size.
